To enter the Lightsaber, Camera, Action contest and be eligible to win, your video must comply with the following rules (click on the link below to view full terms and conditions)
- Submissions must feature the Hasbro Force Action Lightsaber
- Submissions must show the entrant launching/activating the lightsaber
- Your submission must not exceed one minute in length
- Submissions cannot show the Force Action lightsaber harming people, animals or property
- Submissions will be judged on creativity, originality and humour
The closing date for entries is 30th September 2007.
Categories
However strong you are with the Force, you can submit your movie based on the age categories below:
- Padawan (15 and under)
- Jedi (16 and over)
There will be one winner in each age category. All finalists will have their submission premiered at the official awards ceremony in November and receive a collection of Hasbro Star Wars toys.
Awards ceremony
Submissions will be judged by a council of movie masters including representatives from Cartoon Network, Empire and Toxic. Winners will be announced and awarded their prizes at an official Awards Ceremony in November (please check the site for future updates on the award ceremony)
